BOOKING POLICY, CANCELLATION TERMS & RULES

Reservations

To confirm a reservation, a €100 deposit must be made via credit or debit card payment on the same day of booking. Your reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of a CONFIRMATION message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Cancellations

  • If the cancellation is made more than 15 days before the check-in date, you may reschedule to another available date or request a refund of the deposit (minus bank transfer fees, if applicable).
  • If the cancellation is made between 3 and 15 days before check-in, the deposit will be non-refundable and rescheduling will not be possible.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before check-in, the deposit will be forfeited, and the full amount of the stay may be charged.

Weather conditions will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation unless caused by catastrophic events such as heavy rains (gota fría), hurricane-force winds exceeding 100 km/h, etc.

Cancellations eligible for a refund will only be accepted if justified by force majeure circumstances, including accidents, serious illness, the death of a close family member, or travel restrictions that directly affect the guest who made the reservation.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Summer Schedule:

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM

Autumn – Winter Schedule:

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 6:00 PM

RULES FOR GUESTS

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the complex. Visitors who are not staying at the property are not permitted to remain on the premises.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins, and candles are prohibited in the rooms.
  • Barbecues are for charcoal use only (starter cubes or liquid fire starters allowed). For safety reasons, barbecues must be fully extinguished after each use.
  • Children must always be supervised by their parents when using the swimming pool.
  • Ball games are not allowed anywhere on the property.
  • Please respect the garden and plants so that other guests can enjoy them as well.
  • Children must always be under parental supervision. Any damage or accident caused by a lack of supervision will be the sole responsibility of the parents, and no claims can be made against the establishment.
  • Infants (under 18 months old) stay free. Children over this age will be charged €20 per night for an extra bed.
  • Trash must be disposed of daily in the designated bins at the entrance of the complex.

GUESTS WITH PETS

  • A one-time pet fee of €20 will be charged. Additionally, a €50 security deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
  • Pet owners must bring their own pet bedding or blankets. Pets are not allowed to sleep on sofas or beds, and they may not use kitchenware or utensils intended for humans.
  • Pets must always be on a leash while on the premises.
  • Pets must not relieve themselves within the complex or parking areas. If an accident occurs, owners must clean up immediately.
  • Pets must not be left alone inside the cabins at any time.
  • Each pet must comply with all required health regulations as mandated by law.
  • If your dog has behavioral issues or shows aggression towards other animals or people, a muzzle is required.

Any damage caused by negligence or failure to comply with these rules will be charged to the guest’s registered bank card.
